Step One: Download your free resources
Fill in the form and we’ll send you a free Big Curry Night information pack, including recipes, poster and social media templates.
Step Two: Choose your venue and date
Pick a venue big enough for everyone who
might like to join. This could be someone’s home, a church hall or a village hall.
Decide how you’d like to serve the meal:
A self-serve table with large pots of curry, rice, warm naan bread and chapatis, or volunteers serving guests at their tables.
Nominate your best cooks and select a range of tasty recipes. Make sure you have helpers to serve food and provide chilled drinks. You could also prepare a simple Indian dessert to enjoy with coffee.
You will receive an email with links to specially curated, easy, recipes – including Curry, Dal coconut ice and Chai tea, if you’d like some ideas!
Step Three: Spread the word
Use the template provided to print posters for noticeboards or promote your Big Curry Night through church newsletters, emails and social media.
Ask people to RSVP with any dietary
requirements or allergies so you can
cater for everyone safely and thoughtfully.
If people are serving themselves, it’s a
good idea to display the ingredients of
each dish next to it.
